Salome Meunargia is a Partner at LPA. Her practice focuses on corporate, telecommunications, M&A, real estate and labor law matters. She is involved in structuring complex business transactions and corporate structuring and restructuring. Salome has successfully passed Civil Bar Exam and is a certified attorney in the field. Salome holds an LL.M Degree in Business and Trade Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, School of Law, Netherlands. She graduated from the Department of International Law and International Relations at Tbilisi State University with Diploma in Law.  With native Georgian, Salome is fluent in English and Russian and has intermediate knowledge of Spanish and French.
