Kristian Rask Lynggaard is a lawyer in our insolvency and restructuring department. He is primarily engaged in the administration of estates in bankruptcy and has special expertise in credit protection.

In addition, he has experience in advising debtors and creditors where the debtor’s insolvency is either anticipated or actual.

Kristian’s approach is characterised by being pragmatic and detail oriented:

”To me it is without a doubt our in-depth knowledge of the details that enables us lawyers to create value-adding solutions. This applies to details in law and in fact. At the same time it is a balancing act not to be absorbed in irrelevant details. I always try to grasp the client’s business angle before I begin my detail-oriented work. That is how I find what has been overlooked and that is where I create value.”
