Position
Line Rasmussen is engaged in the provision of general business advice, focusing on business transfers. Line has extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of acquisition documents and in handling the transfer procedure.
In addition, Line provides advice on Danish and international contractual matters, and within gambling law on the preparation of gambling licence applications and one-year reports as a special area of expertise.
