Position

Michael Roschmann Skovgaard assists Danish and foreign clients in connection with complex real estate transactions, renting of real estate, construction law, and project development.

He has a large network of the most important players in the Danish real estate market, including banks, mortgage credit institutions, estate agents, and contractors.

Michael also advises Danish and foreign companies and private equity companies on company law, contracts, M&A transactions, foundations law, venture capital, incentives structures, and shareholders’ agreements.

He has many years of experience in managing small and large processes in connection with different kinds of transactions.

Moreover, Michael provides advice on Danish and international contractual matters and he is an expert on the legal aspects relating to the preparation of franchise contracts and development and implementation of franchise and chain concepts. In that connection he has built up a comprehensive international network of lawyers specialising in franchising.

Michael’s approach to the assignments is solution-oriented and he always works closely with the client and a specialised team. He always aims at achieving an outcome that is in line with the client’s overall business objective.

Michael is a ’trusted advisor’, and he attaches major importance to close and long working relationships with his clients. He has thorough knowledge of his clients' businesses, and he is a member of the board of directors of and an active sparring partner for many different companies.
