Sanzhar Amangeldy is a Partner at Unicase, mainly concentrating his practice on Commercial and Business law, M&A, Antitrust, Construction, Energy and Tech Group. He represents a diverse variety of Clients throughout Central Asia. His clients are international corporations, development banks, state-owned enterprises, and Global Fortune 500 companies operating in IT, Construction, and Mining.

He has extensive knowledge in constructing power stations and roads and the transmission and distribution of renewable energy in Kazakhstan. Clients highly appreciate his legal drafting and negotiating skills, which especially highlight his flexible attitude and innovative assessment of any situation. He excels at the structuring of cross-border transactions. Sanzhar contributes to the firm by creating and negotiating land control documents, overseeing projects through title and survey reviews, and negotiating engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) agreements.
