Dilek Akdaş Kökenek is a Partner at Moral | Kınıkıoğlu | Pamukkale | Kökenek Attorney Partnership’s IT & Communications department. Having 15 years of experience in the legal market, Dilek’s work focuses on e-commerce, data protection, digital markets, cyber security in technology as well as media and entertainment industries. She has extensive experience as head of legal affairs and CLO in reputable e-commerce and technology companies whilst carrying a considerable law firm experience which provides her a commercial approach and businesslike perspective. She conducted several sectoral studies for law regulators on draft laws and achieved influential outcomes for e-commerce sector.

Dilek is also acting as a member of the E-commerce and Data Privacy Committee of TOBB (The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey). In 2017, 2018 and 2022 Dilek has been listed on GC Powerlist Turkey as one of the most influential and innovative legal in-house counsels of Turkey by The Legal 500.
