Estelle Schul is a senior associate in our Corporate and M&A practice in Luxembourg.

Estelle focuses on corporate law matters such as corporate restructuring, private equity, foreign investments, merger and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance.

Estelle Schul obtained a Master’s degree in law at the University of Liège, a complementary Bachelor’s degree at the University of Maastricht, a Master’s degree in business administration at the University of Liège, an LL.M at the Queen Mary University of London and an INSEAD Executive MBA Highlight.
