Competition law, Regulatory & Foreign Investment

Clotilde is active in all areas of competition law (antitrust, merger control, FDI) with a particular focus on regulated sectors, such as retail, sport, transport and telecommunications. She assists Belgian and international clients in legal proceedings before national and European courts and competition authorities.

Before joining Strelia, Clotilde worked in big French and American law firms in Brussels.
