Managing Partner

Aris is the Managing Partner and co-founder of the firm. He is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with prior professional experience in the City law firm Herbert Smith. He leads the Property and Real Estate team of the firm and Co leads the TMT and Corporate and M&A practices. Aris has a distinguished track record in advising both international and local corporate clients in a vast array of legal matters.

He regularly advises clients on various residential and commercial property transactions in Greece. He advises property developers, constructors, and high-profile individual corporate clients.

Aris is an expert in TMT sector, having been involved in the evolution of Greek telecommunications market since its very beginning. He regularly advises clients in the handling of complex legal and regulatory telecommunications and information technology matters. He has represented fixed telephony operators, mobile operators, internet service providers (ISPs) application service providers (ASPs) as well as infrastructure development operators.

His experience in Corporate and M&A practice consists of supporting international clients on their cross-border transactions, including acquisitions and joint ventures, group restructuring, divestments, and equity investments.
