Career

Natalia Skoulidou is a Lawyer and member of the Athens Bar Association since 2006.

She studied Law in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and continued her studies obtaining an LL.M in Taxation at the London School of Economics (LSE), a MSc in Business for Lawyers at the ALBA Graduate Business School (ALBA) as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She also holds the professional qualification Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) which is administered by the British Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and is an internationally recognized and distinguished diploma of professional development and expertise in international taxation.

Natalia specializes in Tax Law and has significant professional experience of 15 years in a broad range of tax areas, with a particular expertise on complex Greek and EU VAT issues and indirect tax issues (customs duties, excise taxes, stamp duty), international tax issues and corporate taxation as well as on corporate restructurings and intra-Group transfer pricing arrangements. She has advised numerous multinational and Greek companies from a broad industry-range, with a special focus on the energy sector, banks and financial institutions, construction companies, real estate development and hospitality sector, pharma companies as well as shipping and aviation companies.

She had been working for 12 years, as a senior executive in the Tax Department of one of the leading multinational companies in the provision of auditing and tax consulting services in Greece.
