Dimitra Kotsovelou is an Associate at Machas & Partners with a focus on Civil Law/Litigation and Real Estate. Dimitra has gained substantial experience in Real Estate having worked for over 10 years with companies contracting with the Land Registry. She has been involved in all Land Registration stages and has gained comprehensive knowledge in drafting submissions during objections.

Dimitra specializes in carrying out title due diligence at the Land Registry, preparing and reviewing legal documents, negotiating terms and conditions, and facilitating the transfer of titles.

Her legal practice includes assessing legal risks in real estate documentation, advising clients, accordingly, interpreting laws, rulings and regulations for real estate transactions, drafting and concluding real estate agreements and drafting leases and amendments.
