Associate

Marialena is an associate of the firm admitted before the Court of First Instance.

Her fields of expertise include copyright, industrial property and corporate law. As a member of our IP team, she handles both contentious and non-contentious cases, including trademark registrations and oppositions, drafting of IP exploitation agreements and licenses, advising on issues resulting from the implementation of new technologies. She also participates in asset deal transactions related to IP assets and advises regularly on corporate law issues.
