Janice has extensive experience in structured financing particularly in sale and lease back transactions. She advises major ship finance lenders and renowned PRC based financial leasing companies within the shipping and aviation sectors.

Highlight Matters:> Advised a major Chinese leasing company on the sale and leaseback of two 162,000m3 ice breaking LNG carriers with a Greek shipowner. The aggregate loan amount was around US$363,800,000. The vessels are each being employed for the Yamal LNG project.> Advised a leading Chinese leasing company on the sale and leaseback of a fleet of 51 vessels with a French shipowner as well as the multi-tiered structured financing in relation to the acquisition. The total value of the vessels exceeds US$900 million.> Advised a major Chinese leasing company on the sale of certain ship-leasing portfolio to another major Chinese leasing company.> Advised a major Chinese leasing company on the sale and leaseback of four Boeing 737-800 commercial aircraft with a major Chinese airline with an aggregate loan amount of approximately US$207 million and the subsequent refinancing of the aircraft.> Advised a European private wealth bank on the financing and refinancing of various business jets owned by high net worth individuals.
