Position

Florian Stefan is a partner at Vavrovsky Heine Marth in Vienna with a strong focus on international arbitration matters across a range of industries. Florian represents clients in proceedings according to the rules of leading arbitral institutions such as ICC, VIAC, HKIAC, LCIA, and ICSID. In addition, he is well-versed in arbitration-related court proceedings, cross-border disputes and complex commercial transactions.​ Florian has an outstanding track record in international arbitration. He is member of numerous arbitration associations, acts as mentor at the Moot Alumni Association Mentorship Program and lectures and publishes in his field of expertise.
