Position
Nikolaus Vavrovsky is a founding-partner at Vavrovsky Heine Marth in Vienna and specializes in international dispute resolution, with a particular focus on real estate, corporate and finance matters. In addition to being a highly skilled litigator, Nikolaus is a leading arbitration practitioner with more than 15 years of experience. He has acted as counsel and served as arbitrator in cases under the most major institutional rules.
His experience covers a broad range of disputes, including joint venture and shareholders’ disputes, construction and infrastructure projects, corporate restructurings and insolvency, environment, sales of goods and general contractual disputes.
As renowned expert, Nikolaus he is regularly invited to speak at national and international academic institutions, professional conferences and events. Furthermore, he has authored a number of publications in his fields of expertise.
