Associate

Sherif joined Levari in 2022 and specializes in corporate & arbitration matters. He advises clients on corporate transactional issues such as financial and strategic investments, M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, shares, asset and business purchases, and commercial contracts.

Sherif has undertaken various legal due diligence exercises on numerous companies in Egypt, the UAE, the UK, the Netherlands, and the KSA. He has also been involved in drafting and negotiating Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Investment Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Employment Related Agreements, Service Agreements, Joint-Venture Agreements, Insurance Agreements, Production Agreements, SAAS, Agreements, Payment Service Provider Agreement, NDAs, License Agreements, IP transfer Agreement, Franchise Agreement, and other ancillary documents.

He has wide experience in dealing with different governmental bodies in Egypt, UAE, and the KSA.

He also represents major clients on international investment arbitration cases held before different arbitrational institutions e.g., Permanent Court of Arbitration, ECSID, and CIRCICA. Sherif holds an LLM and an International Trading Diploma-English division, and an active member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2018.

He is fluent in Arabic and English.
