Emilie is a member of our dispute-resolution team. Her work focuses on civil disputes. She advises clients on any issue related to contract law, consumer rights as well as debt enforcement and attachment proceedings.

Emilie graduated from the University of Geneva with a Bachelor of Laws and a Certificate in Transnational Law and obtained a graduation from the University of Zurich with a Master of Laws.

She worked as a Legal Adviser at the Federal Consumer Affairs Bureau on Swiss and European consumer rights issues before obtaining a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions. Emilie was admitted to the Geneva Bar in March 2018 and worked in international arbitration for a year before joining Chabrier Avocats.
