Emeric assists national and international groups and companies in resolving issues relating to collective and individual labor relations and, in particular, in matters of collective bargaining and relations with employee representatives; he very often assists groups in the restructuring phases.

Emeric Sorel practiced law for 4 years with Barthélemy & Associés and in June 2005 contributed to the creation of Actance.

He was made partner at the firm in 2010.

Emeric is a doctor-at-law and holds a master’s degree in employment law.
