SUMMARY PROFILE Elsayed Mohamed has over 10 years of experience in criminal and civil litigation in a wide array of industries, including real estate, retail, manufacturing, financial services, automotive and IT. He is a member of Legal Consultant Registered with Bar Council of Egypt. 

He is representing both corporate and individual clients in civil & commercial proceedings with particular expertise in acquisition, structured trade and project finance. He has been also advising clients on very complexed real estate transactions in the UAE. 

EXPERIENCE

His experience covers every aspect of real estate and construction disputes, including advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial and retail property, secured finance and leasing. He has a particular expertise in real estate joint ventures and investment corporate purchases. 

Elsayed has also a considerable experience handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

He has obtained very successful judgments in defending clients in criminal charges including financial institutions, public companies and individuals in matters related to bank fraud, money laundering, corruption and criminal antitrust.
