Andreea has more than 19 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance and project & infrastructure. Andreea has also advised on a wide range of financing transactions, including loan finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and project finance. Andreea has assisted sponsors on pilot concession and PPP projects in the infrastructure sector in Romania.
