Jelena is an Attorney at Law with the Civil Issues Department and focuses on four areas: family law; representation in probate and civil status cases including adversarial, non-adversarial, and administrative proceedings and other administration-related matters; human and minority rights; and consumer protection law and property management.
As civil issues entail sensitive legal matters, which often concern personal status and family relationships, Jelena’s efforts in communicating with clients and working on these cases aimed are not only at finding optimal solutions for protecting the client’s legal interests, but also at ensuring confidentiality and speed of action.
