Miloš Petaković, as a senior lawyer heads the Intellectual Property Department whilst also being a member of the Banking and Finance team. Miloš advises clients on whether their intellectual property can be patented, trademarked, protected as industrial designs, copyrighted, or protected under designations origin; helps clients register their intellectual property; as assists them with exercising and protecting their rights. At the Banking and Finance Department, Miloš is primarily tasked with managing claims portfolios of banks, investment companies and insurance companies secured by liens and real estate, including representing clients in court proceedings, conducting negotiations and concluding in-court and out-of-court settlements and restructuring agreements, as well as giving advice on the collectibility of claims and proposals concerning portfolio management.
