Athina's practice focuses on administrative, tax and commercial law. Athina advises major domestic and international companies as well as private clients on corporate and tax related cases and represents them in both judicial and extra-judicial resolution of disputes. Her experience includes drafting legal opinions on corporate and tax matters, drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts and supporting legal entities in connection with corporate housekeeping and the day-to-day running of their business operations. Athina has acted as legal counsel of a major media company in relation to corporate and commercial matters.
