Career

For over the past 15 years, Pavlo has been specialising in international arbitration and litigation, with a particular focus on investment, commercial and energy-related disputes. He is frequently instructed to advise and represent clients in their investment disputes and related settlement negotiations vis-à-vis states under bilateral investment treaties, the Energy Charter Treaty, etc.

As a practising advocate, Pavlo regularly represents the clients before arbitral tribunals under variety of arbitration rules and before courts, including the Ukraine’s Supreme Court. He has also served as arbitrator in over 25 cases as a party/institution-appointed arbitrator and chair. He has unique expertise and an impeccable record in setting aside and enforcement of foreign judgment and awards proceedings in Ukraine and other countries.
