Heads of the asbestos disease team, helping to recover compensation for sufferers of serious illness due to workplace exposure to asbestos both in the UK and overseas.

20 years of experience in pursuing claims for victims of mesothelioma, including those who worked or lived close to the infamous J.W. Roberts factory in Leeds.

Has assisted the families of many clients who have been fatally injured in accidents at work, in agriculture, working on the railways or working in the construction industry. Represented the claimants in the Court of Appeal case of Cox v Transco and the reported case of Gardner v C. Watson & Sons, an important case in terms of insurance cover in mesothelioma. His team has recovered more than £200,000 for hospices following the decision in Drake v Foster Wheeler.
