Daniel is a specialist IT lawyer who worked in technical and service delivery roles in the IT industry for a number of years before retraining as a lawyer. His particular focus is on software licensing and development, IT service contracts, outsourcing and cloud services. I also advise on open source compliance, data protection, software IP issues and the IT aspects of M&A and IPO transactions.
