Jessica is a Partner in the Lifestyle & Estate Planning team. She advises clients on a broad range of matters including the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, estate planning, the creation and administration of trusts, obtaining probate and the administration of estates.

She also advises vulnerable clients (or their families or legal representatives) in respect of their financial affairs and planning, mental capacity and care issues, health and welfare matters and applications to the Court of Protection. Court applications that she has dealt with include applications for Deputy Orders, statutory Wills, gifting by an attorney or deputy, the removal of an attorney or deputy, seeking judgment in respect of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and orders for sale in respect of property.
