Guy has considerable experience in all real estate transactions, but has a particular focus on landlord and tenant and insolvency support work and along with Jennifer Ayris is IM’s go to retail expert. He also assists the banking and corporate teams with the property aspects of transactions and has considerable experience in dealing with transactions for charities and insolvency practitioners.

He has acted on behalf of many of the country’s largest institutional landlords and now acts for a number of retail tenants. Guy also has experience of acting on significant investment acquisitions and disposals.
