Hollie deals with complex Court of Protection applications with a particular focus on statutory Will and gifting applications. Hollie advises on all legal aspects of work affecting vulnerable, elderly and mentally incapable individuals. Hollie has a particular focus on the administration of complex estates with business interests and where there is a contentious element running alongside the administration.
