Regulatory and criminal investigations

John has extensive experience in all types of investigations and prosecutions brought by a multitude of agencies with the Crown Prosecution Service, HMRC and the Financial Conduct Authority being just three examples.

He has a solid grounding in general crime but has built his experience in financial crime, fraud, regulatory and disciplinary matters over the years, working on some ‘heavyweight’ cases in that time.
