James is a solicitor specialising in Family Law. This includes matters arising from a separation, such as divorce, child arrangements, and property disputes.

He also helps people protect their interests when taking the next step with a new partner, for instance advising on pre- and post-marital agreements (‘pre-nups’) and cohabitation agreements.

James qualified in September 2016 having completed his training at Irwin Mitchell. James chose to qualify in Family Law because he enjoys working with his clients. "It is usually a very difficult time for them and I hope to make the process simple and take some of the strain away from them. I make sure I understand my client’s objectives to reach a conclusion they are happy with."
