Helen specialises in health and welfare cases in relation to adults who lack capacity in the Court of Protection and has represented vulnerable adults under the inherent jurisdiction of the High Court. She is frequently instructed by the Official Solicitor, advocates and family members in respect of disputes regarding capacity and welfare matters including care, residence, contact, access to social media/internet and consumption of alcohol.
