Head of family law at Irwin Mitchell's Bristol office. Nicola acts for businesses and professionals on all issues arising out of relationship breakdown. She also deals with prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, with specific experience in acting to protect trust assets. In the past 12 months, Nicola has acted for the chief executive of a plc and in divorce cases involving trusts up £35m.
