Andrew has over 30 years’ experience as a gaming, regulatory and alcohol licensing lawyer. He advises:

- on all aspects of UK gambling regulation, licence applications (both remote and land-based), changes of corporate control, regulatory investigations and compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation, UK advertising codes and other related consumer protection legislation; - overseas clients on the UK remote gaming licensing regime and their applications to the UK Gambling Commission for Operating Licences and on-going compliance with licence conditions, UK AML legislation and social responsibility controls; - on the constantly evolving regulatory regime in the UK (including Sanctions) and the frequent revisions to the Gambling Commission’s Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP) and linked regulatory legislation.
