Position

Lindsey is a Senior Associate Solicitor working in the Irwin Mitchell Newcastle and Middlesbrough offices. She worked previously within the Health Service as a senior MRI radiographer.

Lindsey specialises in clinical negligence cases and acts on behalf of clients who have suffered serious injuries, recovering substantial amounts of compensation to fund care, therapies and a range of other needs. She also represents families at inquests where a loved one has died through negligent medical treatment.

Her expertise lies in birth injury claims involving children who have cerebral palsy as a result of delays in delivery or inadequate neonatal care. She also represents mothers who have suffered injury during delivery or where there have been failures to diagnose congenital conditions during pregnancy.

Lindsey acts for adults who have suffered a brain or spinal injury or who have suffered avoidable amputations and has a special interest in cases involving delayed cancer diagnosis and negligent surgery.
