Katie is a Court of Protection specialist with the majority of her clients having received multimillion pound compensation from either a personal injury or medical negligence claim. She advises clients on the management of their compensation payment; either through the Court of Protection or a trust. She is experienced in helping vulnerable clients in complex and challenging circumstances to ensure that their finances are managed appropriately and that they receive the correct care, support, therapy and financial assistance in what can be a very difficult time for clients and their families.

Katie's background as a specialist private client solicitor also enables her to advise on trusts and statutory will applications.
