She is, along with Ruth Booy, the Co-Founder of the Cambridge Medico-Legal Forum. She is also a keen advocate of diversity and inclusion and is a member of the Irwin Mitchell LGBT Steering Group, IM Equal.

A Senior Associate, Serious Injury. Justina specialises in acting for those who have suffered life changing injuries, such as traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, polytrauma and chronic pain arising from road traffic accidents, accidents at work, with a particular interest in cycling related accidents.
Career
Justina became a lawyer later in life having previously been an academic, a qualified librarian and an IT Manager. She wanted a role which challenged her intellectually but also allowed her to help people. Justina immediately found personal injury law combined all that she was interested and passionate about; law, medicine, psychology and people.
