Career

Mark is our National Head of Construction and Engineering. He works across the whole spectrum of construction and engineering disputes and has considerable experience advising on, and drafting documents for, construction and engineering projects, and advising on procurement law. He has a strong reputation for acting for clients in the field of construction and engineering disputes, and has been ranked by both Chambers and Legal 500.  He has particular experience in education, commercial, retail and industrial projects.  Mark is also a TecSA accredited adjudicator.

Mark has extensive experience from over 26 years as a specialist in construction and engineering work, including reported cases: Riddick v Greater London Properties; Crown House Engineering v Amec Projects and Lorne Stewart v Amey and Hermes Kreditversicherungs.

Mark is also experienced in preparing contractual documents for a wide range of commercial and industrial projects in the UK and overseas. He handles a wide range of disputes both domestic and international across most sectors including roads and rail, process plants, shops, offices and housing, institutions, education, mechanical and electrical and submarine cables.
