Advises clients in regulated sectors, particularly FCA-authorised firms, charities, healthcare and other public sector bodies and sports industry companies on a range of commercial and compliance matters. These include joint ventures and collaborative working, funding agreements and constitutional arrangements, all of which are affected by new funding regimes and constant regulatory updates. Also advises on corporate finance matters including capital raisings and takeover offers.
