I am a Solicitor in the Will, Trust and Estate Disputes.

Day to day I deal with a wide variety of claims involving contested Wills, including:

• Challenging or defending the validity of Wills for lack of capacity, undue influence or fraud
• Disputes in respect of the conduct of Executors and Trustees
• Claims for financial provision from estates on behalf of a variety of applicants including children, spouses, cohabitees and dependents

Away from work I play lacrosse for Yorkshire and Sheffield. When I am not playing lacrosse I enjoy walking in the Peak District which lends itself well to another hobby of mine - photography.
