National head of Court of Protection. Has a team of people who help her to look after client’s financial affairs. They do this through either the Court of Protection or through a trust. Also able to advise on lasting powers of attorneys, enduring powers of attorneys, wills, deputyships, receiverships and various aspects of financial management. Published in the ‘Daily Telegraph’ and the ‘APIL’ journal.
