In December 2009, attended “Legal dialogue for legal transformation” course of winter academy organized by GIZ and Hartie School of Governance.
In 2008, defended his candidacy thesis on “Use of armed forces in modern international relationships” at the Faculty of International Law at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), obtained PhD degree in Law.
From 2000 to 2005, studied at the Faculty of International Law at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and obtained Bachelor degree in Legal Studies (2004) and later a degree of Lawyer /Diplomate/ with command of foreign language (2005).
