Career
Khalid is a Partner at BLK Partners based in Dubai.
Khalid is the founder of El Tamimi Advocates & Legal Consultants, which now operates in collaboration with BLK Partners.
Khalid has more than 15 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates. He specializes in all forms of dispute resolution including civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, and arbitral awards.
Khalid has played a leading role in numerous contentious matters in the UAE advising and representing corporations, investor groups and high-net-worth individuals.
Before setting up his own practice, Khalid worked in the execution division of the Sharjah Court for several years.
Khalid has completed a training program with the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre and is seeking approval to become an arbitrator of the GCC Commercial Arbitration Center.
