Adel is a senior legal counsel at Meshari Al Osaimi Attorneys and Legal Consultants with more than 60 years of experience in the legal field. He is an expert in administrative law related matters and in advising private sector clients in their dealings with the public sector. In particular, he has extensive experience in advising on the liability regime of the public sector and on all matters of interest of government. Furthermore, he is regularly involved in public tenders and procurement systems which are complex and open to judicial review, advises and represents both domestic and foreign bidders during such procedures.
