Søren Hammer Westmark provides legal advice on general commercial & trade law, real estate and handles court and arbitration cases.

Søren advises on a wide range of common commercial law issues, e.g. in connection with acquisitions including drafting of various contracts and considering employment law issues.

He has specialist knowledge within construction law, public procurement law and litigation processes and spends a large part of his time on all kinds of court and arbitration proceedings both in relation to disputes regarding various aspects of real estate but also regarding a number of other legal areas. He has many years of experience as a litigation lawyer handling major and complex litigation cases before the courts of Denmarks.

Søren Hammer Westmark is a member of the Supreme Court desk, which is an association that only employs lawyers who have demonstrated considerable experience in conducting litigation cases before the Supreme Court.

Søren Hammer Westmark also acts as an elected or appointed arbitrator.
