JDP Drapala & Partners has a sizeable construction team which supports some of the largest construction companies, both domestic and international, throughout all stages of their projects, advising on real estate acquisition, contract negotiation, and procurement. The practice is also active in the disputes sphere, with recent highlights including obtaining the first binding court ruling on price adjustments following increases in the cost of materials in the construction industry. Leadership of the team is shared between Przemysław Drapała and Andrzej Sokołowski; both also co-head the litigation and arbitration practice group, bringing their considerable experience as litigators to the department.
