Position
Sofia is Partner and founding member of Sofia Galvao Advogados, a boutique Portugal based Territory Law firm. She has a vast experience in all matters concerning Territory, namely Land and Maritime Spatial Planning, Real Estate, Tourism, Environment, EU Funds, Construction, Ports, Public Procurement and Administrative Concessions.
Education
Sofia graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon, where she also received her Master’s in Legal Sciences. At the Faculty of Law, she taught as an assistant professor and has maintained a close collaboration as a lecturer in post-graduate studies and seminars. Sofia has been a visiting professor at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a speaker at various conferences and courses.
