He is the founder and managing partner of Kapolyi Law Firm

He started his professional career as a junior legal counsel at the Hungarian securities and exchange commission and after spending a year as a chief legal counsel at a portfolio company he became a legal counsel at the Budapest Stock Exchange. In February 1999 he established his own law firm which operates to this day under the name of Kapolyi Law Firm.

He is an arbitrator at the Money and Capital Market and Energy sections of the Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2002 and the member of the board for 5 years. He had been the member and co-president of the Corporate Governance Committee for a decade

He speaks English fluently and German on a basic level.

He is the member of Budapest Bar Association.

He obtained his law degree at the Faculty of Law of József Attila University in 1996. He took part in the course organized by U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on regulations related to securities in Washington DC. In October 1996 he passed his stock exchange securities exam and stock exchange exam organized by the State Financial and Capital Markets Supervision. He passed his bar exam in October 1998.
