Senior attorney at law

She started her career as a clerk at the Supreme Court in 1997 gaining experience in compensations; particularly damages caused within the jurisdiction of government administration as well as law of succession then started her own practice in May 2000. From the autumn of 2006 she worked as an attorney at a medium-sized, Hungarian-owned Law Firm, mainly in the field of real estate law and labour law. She is a senior attorney at the Kapolyi Law Firm since May 2015, where she is practicing her real estate law knowledge in acquisitions of high-value real estates on both seller and purchaser side. She has started to practice competition law in our Law Firm, particularly in the field of mergers.

With her colleague, dr. Zita Orbán she is the head of Corporate and M&A Group, so she is also actively involved in corporate law and acquisition cases.

She speaks English fluently.

She is the member of Budapest Bar Association

She obtained her law degree at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Lóránd University (ELTE) in 1996. She passed her bar exam in May 2000. She continued her studies at Institute of Postgraduate Legal Studies of ELTE where she obtained her LL.M. degree in real estate law in 2005. She continued her studies at the Pázmány Péter Catholic University’s Deák Ferenc Institute between 2012 and 2014 where she obtained her degree in competition law.
