Esra is working the Wintertaling Corporate | M&A team since 2020. Esra  deals with various issues in the field of M&A transactions, startups and scale-ups and the governance of both Dutch and international (listed) companies.

In addition to her legal practice, Esra has a key role in mentoring the next generation of legal talent, serving as the internship supervisor and primary point of contact for both national and international student interns at Wintertaling.
